The middle cheeks are useless
Since the feet are naturally curved, the two middle cheeks don't touch the sole. So these videos are useless. I tried to turn my legs, but the spikes on the ground prevented me from turning. Also, the spikes hurt. You just rub your toes and heels, and the midsection remains untouched by the rollers.
