Review on 10to8 by Nick Ross

I like that I have two ways of viewing appointments. I can view from a list mode, or I can view appointments individually. I cannot adjust the number of appointments I can see at one time, but it's a minor issue. I am able to have a calendar of my appointments where I can look back and see what was done and when. I like it. I don't like that it is a pay service. I'd love to see it available to free users. I do not have a dislike. 10to8 is great. I am able to keep track of what is going on in my business, and what is needed to be done. I keep a complete calendar of what I have, what I need to do, and when I need to do it. I can keep track of appointments, and I do not have to spend time entering appointments in a different software. It is easy for clients to navigate as well. I like how simple it is to set up appointments with different users (eg clients/colleagues). The interface could be more intuitive for first timers though. At present you need some technical knowledge - but this isn't difficult at all once you've figured things out. There are so many features that you can use in an office setting or at home, from being able to add multiple contacts to each appointment to creating automated reminders. It's great for small companies without too much budget.
