So far so good. The bushing holes match the size of the bolts on my car's frame. The straps are hidden under the hood when not in use. The strap is just the right length so the ratchet hook doesn't bang on the hood at high speed. Road test with a 15 foot aluminum canoe at over 80 km/h - no problem. Road test with four 10ft kayaks at over 100km/h - no problem.
