The perfect second monitor for your iMac

Bought it with my 2015 iMac. A few things to understand, buy a Displayport to Thunderbolt2 cable. The only truly supported full resolution option on this generation of Macs. The iMac desktop size is always set to 1440p. They say 5k but it's impossible to see in such a small resolution. That's why this monitor is the perfect second monitor for your Mac desktop. No 4k screen required. Other than higher dpi or better backlight options, 1440 or 2k is the best option for a 27 inch monitor. Hdr emulation is allowed but not required as the monitor does not have peak nits to achieve true hdr. People complain about the stand or the lack of ergonomics. I bought a monitor mount from Amazon Basics. Perfect customization at a great price. I think it brought in around $350 total for everything. Planning on getting another for a full 3 monitor setup. Used to set up intraday trading, so ideal resolution. If you are interested in fashion video editing, I would buy a next level Benq monitor. However, it is ideal for stationery and general displays. I use iMac speakers because you don't need both. They're not great, but if you don't have anything else, that's fine. Maybe buy a small desktop speaker if the Benq is on its own and you want to upgrade. Not for gaming or editing, but perfect for work at home or at school. I have attached some photos from the first install to compare the quality with the imac screen.
