I immediately reordered another product from the same company. You can't suppress the in-house engineer, no matter how long he's been out of work. The picture does not convey this product properly: what you cannot see in the photo is the quality of the materials of the product and the engineer and machinists behind it. This is a prime example of a simple design that has been exceptionally well executed. There's nothing special about the product - it hangs like a paper towel from a perforated panel - and that's the beauty of its design and construction: it does exactly what it's designed to do, nothing more, nothing less. Why I bought it: I threw away a cheap plastic alternative I bought at a big hardware store for about 60% of the price because it turned out to be cheap and made out of plastic. In the $20 price range, that means I spent $4 more on this product. Why I'm thrilled: I was just expecting a slightly better product, instead I got the best possible quality at a reasonably low price.
