Excellent hardware! High quality, many functions. It will take a few times to get used to all of them (like the power button - you have to hold it down to turn the iron off). This iron is very heavy! I love this feature but see it as a problem for people with weak wrists or lack of strength. I think the weight contributes to a smoother finish. No water leakage from the spout or holes on the ironing surface.

Pros: I like the LED display. Heats up quickly and irons well. Cons - one of the heaviest irons I've had (some might see that as a positive). An iron with a retractable cord is better. The first thing I found upon opening the box was that the box containing the product was unsealed at the factory. I then opened it up hoping the product would be new but found it had water stains and too much wear and tear to be a brand new product. It is definitely a used product. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Update: I was replaced with a new item two days later. I have a new one that looks good and works fine. I already like it.
