Used crap! Replaced with a new one
The first thing I found upon opening the box was that the box containing the product was unsealed at the factory. I then opened it up hoping the product would be new but found it had water stains and too much wear and tear to be a brand new product. It is definitely a used product. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Update: I was replaced with a new item two days later. I have a new one that looks good and works fine. I already like it. Thanks to the support team for the quick response. I am also attaching pictures of the new one.
