Excellent Customer Service & Outsourcer

A very professional service and good people working there. They listen to what customers want even if it's not their product or department they do everything in their power to help them. Very friendly when speaking about their products and willing to give advice where needed - but still remain loyal to the customer rather than trying to exploit them through overcharging/high fees etc. Just make sure that you find a partner that understands your needs as an organisation. The ability to scale up quickly without investing in expensive infrastructure (like a data centre). The support team at mammoth is friendly and always willing to help. They are very quick to respond to questions or concerns that I may have. Their customer service is top notch! I have no complaints about them. I am satisfied with my experience so far. I would recommend mammoth to anyone looking for an outsourced solution. Call center outsourcing has been a game changer for us. We were able to save time by not having employees in house answering calls for our customers.
