Does not work with diesel fuel. My purchase is listed as HARRIS FAMOUS ROACH TABLETS but this review is for Harris Chemical Resistant Atomizers. I hope it goes in the right place. I use an herbicide (crossbow) that I use with diesel as a carrier to penetrate the bark of trees and bushes that cannot be killed by spraying the leaves, like the Brazilian pepper that has invaded Florida. I also use it for "chemical pruning" by impregnating the base of the branch, which kills the branch but doesn't return to the tree. This is a paradox since the phloem is on the outside and the xylem is on the inside. Too much to explain here, google it. The red rubber plunger appears to swell and freeze after ten minutes of use. Almost all sprayers cannot handle diesel fuel; The only one that worked (Zep HDPRO1) worked for many years but is no longer available. Zep currently sells an HDPRO36 that is not working. The Harris Professional Atomizer appears to be working after two days of use. If it's still working after a few weeks I'll give a review and buy a couple of these. I need to contact Harris to find out what the difference is. EDIT: Dec 2020: Harris pro sprayers are still in service. Not the cheapest at $6 each, but they're durable.
