Review on BESTEK 1500J Surge Protector Power Strip Tower with Wireless Charger, 8-Outlet and 6-Port USB Charging Station - ETL Listed, 40W, 6ft Extension Cord by Michael Vargas

I received this package this morning and I was very happy to open it. In the Amazon box was a box for a surge protector. It was really good except the seal was already broken. I didn't really think about it at first, but upon further investigating the surge protector, a black label appeared next to the top blue button that turns the top outlets either off or on. This marker looks hand drawn. Second, there are scratches on some sockets! I am very confused as to why this would be on the device. This just confirms that someone previously opened the box and used a protractor. This is really a shame as I just spent a lot of money thinking the protector was brand new and sealed. The device itself still works perfectly. Only time will tell because I know it has been previously opened and possibly tampered with. Fingers crossed for this device. Update March 10, 2017 A new tape device has been shipped and it is perfect in every way. Great customer service =)
