I was recently was told I have a heel spur and boy let me tell you that was some serious pain. I looked all over for help to ease the pain. These did not help ease the pain but did provide the comfort cushion my heel needed. It took several weeks almost (3 months) before I found relief with stretching exercises finally fixing in and went to the doc for a shot I still wear them as I feel lots of comfort and cushion when I walk. I recommend this product and I'd purchase again.
- Can be used by athletes or individuals who are on their feet all day
- They may not be suitable for individuals with a history of foot injuries
