Easy to install. nice and bright. Needed a low profile and narrow height for a few desired mounting points, and it fit the bill. It's a quick tutorial, but the black wire on them is power and the white wire is ground, pre-wired to the ring connector (a nice touch if you're close to ground, but useless if you need to run a wire longer than 6 inches to reach the bottom). For those who need directional lighting, this isn't for you. They are very bright from all sides. I installed 7 around the inside perimeter of my fishing boat and they look great. Markers/steps lit but bright enough to change bait.
