I have a Miele dishwasher that is over 10 years old. Last year it stopped merging properly and gave an error when I tried to run it. I thought I would have to buy a new dishwasher. I called Miele tech support and they fixed some issues over the phone. He thought maybe my problem was due to using too much soap over a long period of time. They recommended I try this dishwasher conditioner and see if it solves the problem. I was skeptical but it was a lot cheaper than calling a service technician or plumber. Much to my surprise, it actually fixed my dishwasher. Now I use it about every 3 months to keep it working.
