I bought this radio for my new car a few months ago and compared to my other brand's Android radio it's so small it doesn't even come close. Mine also just burned the money I spent. My other model has almost identical hardware specs but a smaller screen. RAM 2 GB, processor similar, on an older version of Android, I think 8 or 9. The screen is large, but the interface freezes and loses connection, which leads to attempts to reset settings while driving, which is dangerous . Bluetooth volume for music is excellent. Bluetooth volume on calls not working. I contacted the support several times, they told me how to increase it in the hidden menu, but the bluetooth call volume while driving was not audible. For some reason they separated the volume control and it is independent of the overall volume only on calls, I can turn the music to FULL volume. Tee times are TERRIBLE. Many times I can get in the car, start the car, drive to a gas station a block from my house and it still won't charge. It just spins and when loading it may take a few seconds for the volume to drop. I left it on last night when I got home barely waking up and trying not to wake everyone up loud and it will play while spinning and I can't adjust the volume or anything. Installation was straightforward except the manual was missing a lot of important information which I later found by googling and reading reviews, which was odd to me. I said LOTS of words and it sounded like a sailor trying to make a dash for the dash because the instructions didn't say it could be removed. I only found this out after googling why this thing is doing what it is doing and seeing if others are having this issue. After repeated attempts to interact with the support team, the language barrier is too difficult to overcome. I go on to explain that the volume issue with Bluetooth CALLS is that it is not connected to the main volume knob and ONLY controls the PRE volume, but I am simply told to turn the volume up. (Man thanks, um, that only shows pre-volume 30 and is barely audible with street noise, and don't even try to roll down the windows on a good day. They can hear you, but you can't hear them. I also said, move the microphone , for the VOLUME of the device. As you can see the language barrier is a support issue. I even tried to copy and paste using google translate to help but I think that still has it made worse I LOVE the dual screen app as I can play waze and music but try not even to think about using amazon music through waze while this radio freezes or jumps a few times it loves to DJ and repeats it for a few seconds like a skipping record that's wiggity wiggity wiggity wig wig wig wig wig wig wiggy hit when you're driving at 70 mph trying to disrupt a one man gig trying to get you from the scream to distract jerky traffic and the idiot who is sitting around. It even does this occasionally when using USB and launching Waze. I bet in another life it was DJ gear at a rave or party and now it comes down to sitting in a hot and cold car, maybe it's just anger or frustration. and I hurt her feelings. There's nothing quite like singing "Live like you were dy yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy," especially when it's unexpected. I know the company will try to respond, but that's not a problem. I have tried EVERYTHING in the last 8 months to try and love this radio. As a veteran IT professional with a college degree I even asked for a reset and new firmware as mine might have been built and uploaded on Friday at 4:58am when it was a 3 day weekend and I might have missed something or just once upon a time. The manufacturer just referred me to a seller who has great reviews and the product has great reviews so I figured I had a one time problem. So I'm going to save money and get a similar model of another brand that's in my other car and I can't even sell this one in my right mind to anyone knowing it will most likely end up in a mangled wreck as a result of anyone trying to do so find out why she stutters or faints. I tried to use humor to hide my disappointment, but this is my 100% honest review of this product after 8-9 months of use. Understand how you want. Since some reviews are good, the odds may always be in your favor.
