Review on FactoryPRO (tm) by Trae Joubert

The most important thing that I like about this software, it's easy to use as well as efficient in managing all my factory processes from scheduling orders through invoice processing. It also helps me track production data of each product which reduces unnecessary manual work for time tracking purposes. There are some minor issues with the UI but nothing major or disruptive enough so far. Give it try once! Nothing much yet since we have been using only one month now, still evaluating its benefits though compared to our old ERP solution. We had used an outdated version of Sage 300 before switching over to Factory PRO. This has helped us streamline many repetitive tasks such as invoicing/billing customers etc. The ease of use, the ability to create your own templates and workflows makes it very flexible for many different types of products. There are so many features that I don't even know where to start, but some things seem like they should be obvious. It can be a little confusing at first, but the tutorials are helpful in getting you up to speed. If you need something customizable and easy to use, this is a great choice. We've been able to automate our customer service process with FactoryPro.
