Review on Westalee Design Janet Collins Ruler by Amy Mcleod

For the price I leave it.

If you are looking to buy this book to help her quilt, then this book is not for you. The book is easy to read. Mine arrived in a ziplock plastic bag which I will keep as the covers are not the best quality. I think just a block or two will have you flipping back pages for instructions. These building blocks are calling her for free for you to come up with your own designs. I must say that I liked the way the author speaks in his letter. She didn't seem to assume the reader knew the basics. She didn't talk softly, but she wasn't the arrogant patchwork police either. She strongly suggested watching Leonie West's stress video, which I did and it was excellent. For information on stress see Shew Steady's teachings in the blog section. As mentioned earlier, there are great videos on YouTube and Facebook showing the templates needed for this book. I will follow Facebook's advice and draw my designs on paper.
