The loader and / or courier takes these tapes when loading, which causes the machine itself to rise inside and the hose falls under it. Then he puts the machine and the hose is crumpled. It's good that there is a layer of foam inside, because of this, the hose is pressed into the foam, i. E. he crumples, but not quite. Over time, this leads to damage at the point of collapse. In general, check the drain hose upon delivery. Just take it completely out of the box and have a look. I would not attribute this to the minuses of the machine itself, but I took it from the manufacturer's store and, in general, this is their jamb.
