I got this for my parents, they complained about shoulder pain. The instructions are simple. It has only one switch, turns on the power and adjusts the speed. Not difficult at all for older people. The only thing is that it's a bit difficult to change message attachments. My parents mostly use the same one, it's not a big problem for them.
