So I've had this PC for about a month now. The first came with a broken touchscreen, but it was replaced quickly and easily. The hardware of the new one seems to work well for the most part. However, there are some strange software bugs with this Chromebook operating system. I would say that at least 2/3 of the apps in the Google Play Store do not work properly on this operating system. Example: My Microsoft Outlook application does not allow me to select individual email accounts, regardless of whether I'm using a touch screen or a mouse. I could list a dozen more examples like this, but to be honest I don't feel it's worth my time. Pros: - CRAZY good battery life - Reliable build quality - Cheap Cons: - Glitchy OS - Poor app integration - Not the fastest Verdict: I don't think I would buy it again because I really dislike the Chromebook OS. If the same computer could be used with Windows, it would be a success. While it's sitting, I'd recommend spending a little more money and getting something more tried and tested.
