I recently ordered a silk pillowcase from Celestial Silk. I like the pillowcase very much. I liked how my hair looked when I stood up, it didn't tangle or tangle. I also liked how my face felt. My face seemed a lot smoother and some of my moisturizer was still on my face. With a cotton pillowcase, my face was drier, as if the cotton pillowcase had soaked up moisturizer. A week ago the zipper on my pillowcase broke. I was disappointed but still liked the feel of the silk pillowcase. I wrote a 2 star review on Revain. Shortly after, I received an email from Kathleen at Celestial Silk saying she was sorry that I had a pillowcase with a broken zipper and that she would be replacing my pillowcase. She also sent me a return label. Kathleen also let me know when my pillowcase would be shipped and when it would be delivered. The customer service at Celestial Silk is incredible. If you are looking for a silk pillowcase then you will not be disappointed with this beautiful pillowcase and if your pillowcase has any issues you will receive outstanding customer service from Celestial Silk.
