I use this camera several hours a day to teach remotely. Finally, I didn't use any lights at all - they hurt my eyes. too heavy! I'm also frustrated that I can't use virtual backgrounds with this camera. darn. But the picture quality is great and the mic works much better than my headphone mic. I use this camera on my desktop, laptop and tripod for my cooking demonstrations. It gets the job done, but I'd love to have these backgrounds without having to buy a green screen.
