I bought this for my daughter who is 14 months old. She loves to lie on it and it's a soft dinner. She always manages to get off the pillow, but moves around a lot and often sleeps on her side. It would have been so great if she had been a baby. I was worried all the time about her round head etc. and I had to constantly worry and make sure she was sleeping on different sides. With that and an infant who doesn't move much, that would be great. It feels fantastic and cool. My only complaint is that I want one big enough for my head! Ha, I vote for the adult version.
