Not soft or comfortable

The material is scratchy and the rest is hard foam that doesn't stick to your wrist at all (not like memory foam or gel). This makes my wrist too high for the mouse and I have to rest most of my hand on it to get a straight wrist. I'm only giving 2 stars because maybe someone wants really high recovery with material that doesn't compress.
