Runs large for my opinion
The toddler tee is really nice quality. It does run large. I originally ordered the 2T for my grandson. It is more like a 5 or 6T. I returned it and re-ordered the 12-18 month and it is more like a 2T and fit him better. The tee will look really cute with little sister's matching onesie.
