This tire is a very good compromise between on-road and off-road performance. I don't ride electronics like some people do, so I can't give you specific numbers on speed gains etc. I can tell you that my bike is faster and easier to ride when I put these tires on. I've been riding off-road for a bit and there is a noticeable drop in performance compared to my old knobs. If you are an off-road enthusiast, these tires will not suit you. If you drive mostly on roads or well maintained dirt tracks, you will definitely LOVE these tires.
