I am so disappointed! This bag is beautiful. It's great and I really like how sturdy it is because it means it will hold its shape. It has a sleeve to easily attach to carry-on bags, bags you need. and a soft compartment of the specified size. BUT, and this is a big disappointment - the HOLE of the soft compartment is much narrower due to the way the zipper is sewn in. The seams occupy about 1 inch of opening on each side. As a result, my 15 inch laptop, which is 14 inches wide and would otherwise fit, cannot be stowed in a padded bag. I'm so confused! I'll leave the bag anyway because that's what I expected, and I can put the laptop in an unpadded bag - I'll have to carry a padded sleeve as well.
