When I received the headphones they looked brand new. I had proper unboxing experience and all. As I began to inspect the product, I noticed that foam was coming out of the left cup. The cup was barely attached and would have fallen off completely if used correctly. It wasn't a big problem but they are refurbished so they should be refurbished and work like new. The sound quality was good and as far as I could tell they worked perfectly, but the condition I received them in wasn't impressive. My best advice is to buy these refurbished headphones at your own risk. I hope they are better than mine.
