THIS ITEM MUST BE HANDLED AS USED OR DAMAGED

I received my order and at first I thought everything looked fine. When I got halfway through this roll, I found several spots that were not only damaged and unusable, but MARKED with black permanent marker and marked with red tape. So someone knew that this item was damaged. There were a few small areas outlined in black pen that were about the size of my palm and the worst spot was a double stitch right down the center of the roll that ran the full width of the foam creating 14" x WOF. Area totally unusable product. When I knew,
