This is a perfect replacement for my 2004 Tacoma 4x4. I had to flip the two to get them working but all the lights I had worked great. The result looks like factory work, with no hot spots or dark areas. Much brighter than the original dashboard light. It's not the same as the air conditioning controls or the shifter, just the speedometer and gauges. Easy replacement after disassembling the dashboard, but check if some of them need to be flipped or won't turn on. No modifications are required like you do with air conditioning controls, so this is a quick and easy upgrade that anyone can do without too much hassle. Google how to disassemble the neat and everything will be fine. Much nicer than the orange color they had on the dashboard.
