I wrote a review about a week ago and it called it "Best headphones ever!" I have to reconsider that statement because I don't believe it anymore. It's true that they have amazing sound quality and the battery seems to last a long time. My headphones are now broken and unusable and they cannot be returned as I have had them for 2 months now. I've actually only used them about 10-15 times in that time. The tiny button that controls power on and off is stuck so it's in the active position when it's trying to find and pair the device. It happened once when I was trying to learn how to use it. I thought I did something wrong. When it got stuck I pressed the button with an eraser and it restarted. But this time it's stuck and can't be loosened. The blue "connected and in use" light has been blinking continuously for a day and a half just waiting for the battery to die. I am extremely disappointed. Yes it is very thin plastic but I figured I could handle it as I'm an adult and wouldn't do anything gross with it. But I didn't even think about those tiny buttons that aren't designed to work properly. My numbers were struggling to manage, so in a way getting new ones is a good thing. It was a waste of money as I only got about 20 hours or less from the investment. Now I can't return it so it's garbage. While I LOVE the sound quality I will NOT buy this brand again. I'll try to find another brand that has the buttons working properly. Here's the rest of my first review, which still stands: I find them a bit tight on my ears after a long (3 hour) phone call. . I'm really blown away by the sound quality of the music coming out of these not-so-expensive headphones. I find the sound comparable or even better than the Bose headphones I bought my husband a few years ago. They were in the $400 price range! These headphones sound the same to me and I spent a tiny fraction of that price.
