Poor quality paint literally dissolves on fingers

I've had other brands that have held up well. The paint is a bit scratched over time, but otherwise everything is fine. I needed a few more containers so I ordered these. After a few uses, the red color on the outside started to melt on our hands. Will probably dissolve in some popcorn oil. It leaves containers of melted paint sticky and looks awful. I'm upset because my kids used them and licked the paint off their fingers! Needless to say, we're throwing them away now. I'll look for something better.
