So the material is plush and soft. There should be a bit more padding around the vibrating balls. It gets nice and warm with a piece of heating pad. Some of the massage regimens could use a bit of work, but they're decent. My favorite M3. It now has an auto-off feature that works for about an hour. It's annoying as hell. If I'm going to sit there for 3 hours and enjoy a massage, why turn it on all the time? Give the end user the choice of how long to run or eliminate automatic shutdown. Do something. Aside from needing some more padding over the massage areas and having to do something about that auto-off feature, those are my only 2 real complaints. I put on my block of ten and sit with this massager and wow baby it feels so good. :)
