This valve cover is part number THU123 and comes in a TOTO Genuine Parts package. I installed this cap on our Toto E-Max flushing system. . Our system numbers are as follows: TOTO 1.28 gallon tank ST743E. We have a Green Cap Flushing System part number TSU36A.6 and it says "Anti-Siphon 528" on the top. The plumber who installed it said the valve covers were no longer available and the entire system needed to be replaced. . I've tried Lowes and Home Depot and they no longer just carry a valve cap. The entire flushing system has now been replaced with a new Toto part #TSU99A.X (note there is a "dot" between the letters A and XI, I have tried everywhere to get replacement Korky R528 caps to no avail. I have ordered them with I'm crossing my fingers. For our system this was an exact match! I bought four of these puppies as our first one went bad in just over a year. I've attached a picture of what the red pad looked like in our toilet This was after just a year of use. Hope this information helps. I've spent hours trying to figure out which part will work.
