I bought 2 ice cubes straight from their website because all these tech reviewers were raving about how they felt. They compared it to a handcrafted Shidenkai, so I was excited to try it. They're fast right out of the box. Your mouse will slide over it like ice, but it gets really bad after 2-3 weeks of use. After 2 weeks of use it starts to "stick". It's like I feel a resistance in the middle of the mouse pad when I drag the mouse. It's like it gets stuck and I have to pry my mouse off of it, and it's gross, like someone spilled soda and let it dry. I think there is some kind of coating on the surface that just wears off after a few uses. Avoid them anyway and don't believe any reviewers who say they're good. Absolute rubbish.
