Mine is set to max height and wobbles a bit but not touching the monitor stability is fine. I actually bought two packs and placed them side by side so they touch and that seems to help with stability. I like that I now have extra desk space under the stands. And the best part is that I can look directly at the monitor without tilting my head or experiencing neck pain. They're heavy steel rather than plastic, and I think that makes them very valuable.
