Pros: Small, light, works well with good ISP signal Cons: Heats up and only 6 hours of battery life I work from an island in southern Greece. The island has 3 internet/mobile providers Cosmote, Vodafone and Wind. I chose Cosmote on the recommendation of my husband's relatives and friends on the island. The signal is good, I've been able to hold large-scale meetings and process some of my SQL code and applications. I also use a VPN for a secure connection, and when I need faster processing I connect to my desktop at the office. When I'm not working I take my wifi router with me, do a 3 island cruise and the signal is still good but the router tends to get hot. The router's battery was also dead after just under 6 hours, so I had to take a portable database with me. I won't be using the router in the US but will try to use it on my next trips to Asia and the Middle East.
