Last June I bought socks from several brands/vendors. One pair was from Rockay. I didn't put all my socks on at once. I would try the socks out a bit and then switch to the next provider. When I tried the Rockay Trail Running Socks I really liked them. And then tried the others I bought. It wasn't until a few months later that I realized the socks I received had two identical feet (two socks for the left foot or two for the right foot versus one sock for each foot). I contacted Rockay to get a sock for the missing foot. I was told they couldn't do it and that it was taking too long just to replace. So they sent me a 50% discount code so I could buy another pair to fix their mistake. I will not use this code. I think they should have just sent me a new sock or replaced a pair for free. There was also no apology for the mistake made at the factory. So love her socks, just don't pay 50% more to fix her mistake.
