Tastes like Apple Jacks Cereal

This is an early review as I've only been using the powder for a few days so my review is based on ingredients and taste. I bought Anthony William's Medical Medium book here at Revain. The author speaks of a condition called Epstein-Barr virus, which he says has 60 different strains. I could fully identify with his descriptions and felt inspired to follow his protocol. Twenty different fruits and vegetables are recommended to help the body clear the virus from the body. This powder contains 11 of them. I looked at all the other powders and none had as many powders as this mix. I could eat everything on the list, but I'd be kidding myself if I thought I could swallow them all. I mean, I eat a lot of these already, but thinking about which ones I've eaten and which ones I still need to eat to get all the foods on the list was overwhelming. complete superfood • Tastes like Apple Jack's oatmeal. As soon as I opened the jar and stuck my finger in to taste the powder, I was transported back to my childhood. Some things you just never forget. This powder reminded me of one of my favorite breakfast cereals. • I first mixed it with almond milk along with a banana for a breakfast smoothie. Blended well in the blender, very tasty. It wasn't as thick as my other plant-based proteins that I usually mix, but I wanted to try almond milk and liked it. • Next time I mixed it with water and poured into a shaker, added 8 ounces of water and shook. It mixed well and tasted pretty good. In fact, I like it better with water than milk. • The last time I mixed, I first put a scoop in a glass, then poured water over it and mixed with a spoon. Wasn't wrong either. It tends to be a bit lumpy and needs more stirring, but... it still tastes pretty good. I say "fairly good" because there is room for improvement. The jar doesn't say it contains stevia, but I'm pretty sure it does. Instead, the list of ingredients says "Natural Flavor". I know stevia when it hits my palate and I don't like it. I've never been a fan of stevia because the aftertaste is too long, not pleasant and... just too sweet! To me it's fake sweetness. I prefer raw cane sugar or stevia honey any day of the week. Still, I love this drink. I get all the benefits of a diet rich in phytonutrients, fruits and vegetables, and healthy vegetables and grains. I can drink it on the go, have it as a snack, and fill in gaps in my diet. If it helps me get rid of all pathogens and detoxify my body without having to create a new diet menu, then that's a win for me.
