Cute and super warm!
The most beautiful winter parka! My Chihuahua mix is about 13 pounds and I bought her a large size that fits her. The size chart really helps. The puffy jacket keeps her warm without getting in the way or sliding off her like some of their other fleece jackets. The upper is waterproof and dries quickly. Her harness fits under her and I can attach her leash and then button the top button. Exactly what she needed!
