I love me a good hidden sock, and these have the added bonus of having a cool pad at the base of the foot, in the arch and in the heel (as a result, you need to put them on the right foot).They are thin so they are perfect for a dressier shoe. They are quite low, so I can wear them with a lower shoe like a ballet flat.Now for the drawback: they keep slipping off my heel and they dig into my skin. Boo. I like them, don't get me wrong, but they aren't as good as some socks because they slide down when I am wearing a loose shoe. They stay in place in more fitted shoes, and especially in sneakers, but if I wear them with ankle boots they are around my toes in no time flat.Despite the thin material, they have stood up to multiple washing and dryings without losing elasticity. I LOVE the padding. Dear sock makers: MORE BUILT IN PADDING MKTHANKS?!?!
