Doesn't make a consistent seal. Will tip over.

I ordered the "soft flanges" with the white ring. It does not make a good consistent seal. The silicone ring can trap air and milk, so once you lose the seal, trying to get it again feels like a lost cause. When you have the seal, it works great.I used this with the Medela Harmony manual pump, and it does fit, but you definitely need a bottle stand. The flange is very long and will cause the pump to tip over.

Pros

Got a Medela and needed the flange downsize. So happy.
