These IEMs are really versatile when it comes to music. They don't stand out and look quite stylish. This is a personal preference but I prefer a more minimalistic look to the product. See below for details. Packaging: The box it comes in is very plain and simple but does the job very well. The front has an image of the IEM, while the back has all the audio, including details like the ohmic resistance. Keeps everything in place and presents IEM in a pretty nice way. Contents: What you get inside are IEMs, which are made of fairly durable plastic that sits comfortably in your ear. Not at god level or just nice. Plastic doesn't show through. Then the detachable cable, which really surprised me, the quality of the materials is pretty darn nice. The 3.5mm jack is mostly metal, and the braiding and cable twisting are done more than adequately. Then you get the earcups, which are about as expected, nothing fancy, and your usual paperwork. Sound: That's the main reason you're buying this in the first place, right? Anyhow, it sounds great. There's a lot to love with a standard cable. I would rather describe it as a flat sound signature with non-simulative highs and honestly not too punchy. The mids are just as present as the highs, and while there is a slight roll in the lows, it doesn't interfere with other frequencies. There's almost no soundstage, but it just works. The best way I can describe it is smooth and silky. Well, as smooth and silky as you can get for $20. I then tried it with my even-tempered male and it ruined what I thought were his strengths. It boosted the high frequencies too much and upset the nice balance that came to it. The only positive benefit I saw was that the base was more detailed, but that's about it. Conclusion: When listening to it, I found almost everything I countered with it very relaxing. It doesn't try too hard to be detailed or heavy, it's just a smooth, flat sound profile. Comes with everything you need to get started and sounds best with a standard cable. The earbuds can be upgraded, but that's all that's really needed. Full recommendation!
