The first remote I bought worked fine as a remote but never charged unless you were playing with it at the same time, which is a challenge since only the charging cable present is about six inches long. I disassembled the remote and found a liquid battery that seemed too tight and a little dented. I couldn't find a replacement at our local battery store, so I ended up buying a new remote. I bought a second remote control in good condition hoping the remote will work well. As soon as it arrived, I plugged it into an outlet using the iPad USB charger and cable that came with it, and it started charging! Everyone loves my new remote and it works well except the B button on the back takes some time to press making games like Super Smash Bros Brawl difficult to play. Overall I love my sound and everyone is jealous and it worked out in the end.
