I find it really unprofessional to email me and offer money for a good review. I just deducted a star for 6 emails. They tried to bribe me into changing my rating. This is bad business. If the company had simply offered a refund for a broken product, we could all have saved so much time. My goodness. I bought this for chronic pain issues on a budget. This company turned out to be a real pain in the ass. While it served as a welcome gift to me during a painful time, it really didn't have the motor to deliver deep tissue pressure. I also liked the adjustable strap on the back for different size chairs, but it only fits the smaller chairs. Leaning on the device with your body weight hardly works. Maybe it's better for less severe back problems and I used it wrong; Anyway, it only helped temporarily with my back pain. In addition, the connection cable can easily be lost and difficult to stay connected. After about 3 months the connection cable stopped working. I want to save money for a really good massage or yoga class.
