Oh my god the difference between halogen and LED lights is insane. I wanted to turn off the lightbulbs on my car as one of them died and wanted to use HID but gave up as I would have to install it with a wire harness. LED lamps are connected according to the "plug and play” principle. The hardest part was installing it the first time in a place that only fits one hand and you can't watch at the same time. Once I had one side, which took about 5 minutes, the other was ready in about a minute or so. The installation process is similar to halogen bulbs, the only additional step is to ensure the LEDs are mounted vertically to achieve the correct light output. Mounting the lamps horizontally resulted in a point of light, while mounting them vertically gave me a clean edge that was very wide. The cooling fans are very quiet, no problems with dimming the lights even with start/stop systems in the car. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking to buy LED bulbs.
