The ability of the software is that it enables us to have access to all our documents as well as other important information quickly and easily. We are able to manage large amounts of files in one place with ease. This software also has an option where we can check out or checkout which means that when you finish your work at home this will help save time since there won't be any need to go back into the office to pick up something else. I would highly recommend this product because it makes life so much easier by keeping track of files and other important things in one location. It helps organize my files very efficiently and saves me from having to search through many different folders/files to find what I am looking for.
