1 Gallon Jug Of Delo 400 SDE SAE 15W-40 Motor Oil - Part Number 222290470 Review

I ordered 6 individual gallons due to the price being cheaper than buying a 3 pack. Instead of shipping 2 - 3 packs, I received 2 packages with 1 gallon in each one and 1 package with 4 gallons. The package with 4 gallons came with 1 jug smashed and about 1-2 cups leaked into the box and the mail truck. Not worth the trouble to return. The oil is great

The pricing makes no sense. You are listing a 1 gallon jug for $27, but a 1 quart bottle is about $3.50. So 4 of those is $14.00. Am I missing something here? Whether I am or not, I will just order 12 quarts for the free shipping for a total cost of $42.00. Heck of a deal!

Often stocked at autoparts stores, this is not the Delo 400 that is so famous for cleaning out your engine, it is the "LE" deviation. Our machinist, RIP Ron Powers, taught us about Delo 400, but the LE deviation was too suble for most to notice. What are particulate filter diesels?; Those newest ones with all that exhaust work fit below the vehicle and require that blue fluid. Its oil and it was a good price when I got it. My F-350 6.0 seems to like it just fine. Exact weight that I needed and works great. I don't go too overboard on the engine oil I buy since on this truck I do more frequent oil changes than any other vehicle I've owned. It is a work truck and with the frequent oil changes I feel like synthetic would burn a hole in my wallet so this stuff is working great for me.

From my point of view this oil not high quality. But for the price it's irresistible. The oil works pretty well. Does what it should do. I'm just use to buying the expensive diesel oil. However, it pretty good oil for the price worth the money. I will buy again.
