Sounds absolutely fantastic. Focal has definitely released a quality product for their mid-range components! The tweeters are definitely on the good side (you might want to consider tweaking the crossovers to muffle them a bit), the woofers have good mids and decent bass! Clarity and frequency separation from mid to high frequencies is extremely clear! The overall sound is really great. Good, tight and accurate! Focal is the best choice if you're looking for a very good hi-fi car stereo without spending thousands on ultra-premium stuff. You can hear details in the music. The vocals and soundstage in particular really come alive with them. They work well over a wide frequency range. Equalizer and sound settings. They are naturally balanced. Electronic music in particular is fantastic with these IMO speakers! I have 4 of these paired with a Fosgate Punch 4x400 amp and a Pioneer dehx6800 deck. Trust me, they sound very loud with no distortion! Worth every penny, especially for what they collect here! Don't hesitate to buy them, you won't regret it! (Update: They were 250.00 here when I made the purchase) They have gone up in price significantly which speaks volumes. It's still worth buying though. A real treat awaits you!
