This little pillow is a life saver for me. I can't believe I waited so long to buy it. I tried everything to help my hip pain which came out of nowhere. The last time my hip hurt like this was when I was pregnant. I didn't sleep at all because every time I had to turn over it hurt incredibly and it was very difficult to get out of bed every morning. I'll let this go on for a few months! Sleep became an issue because I knew I could wake up in the middle of the night in pain and not go back to sleep! I've tried just cradling a pillow between my knees, but it always slipped out and it was very difficult for me to roll over. So I finally gave in and bought this little thing. I'm a little confused as to how this little pillow makes such a big difference. But it is so. Just buy it.
