You get what you paid for

We bought these panels for our van. This review is based on our first 3 week trip we took through Montana and Idaho in early September. The average temperature was in the 80's and there was almost no cloud cover. Pros: The panels are very thin and light, making them easy to store and transport; they seem to be very durable. that they should be able to produce at a maximum output of 16.6 amps. We've never had more than 8.5 amps. Even in direct midday sunlight and with no obstructions, this was the best we've seen in a 3 week period. The average current output was 5.5 Ah over a 12-hour period from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. body is not durable. I had to reinforce all the metal hinges as we wanted the panel to be hung using these hinges. It's the cheapest flexpanel on Amazon so I'm not expecting much. However, we needed 10 amp hours from the batteries and we never got them. We decided to put a 100 watt panel on the roof and leave that one here, hopefully getting to 10 amp hours.
